Shipping Policy
At Vytacor, we know you're excited to get moving — that's why we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our warehouse with care.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while express shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their gear sooner. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have any questions about your shipment, our support team is always happy to help.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Vytacor gear. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, simply contact our support team with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
Please note that final sale items, gift cards, and personal care products (such as yoga mats used or opened) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. If your item arrived damaged or defective, let us know right away — we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
